HOLISTIC SERVICES & TREATMENT BOOKINGS TERMS & CONDITIONS

We put our energy and effort into preparing for your arrival to provide you with a safe and nurturing setting to get the most out of your service and/or treatment and as such we are unable to refund you for bookings for our Holistic services and/or Treatments made through this site,  however we are always happy to reschedule your appointment (one time only) should you be unable to attend.

Should you be unable to attend your rescheduled appointment and notify us within 24 hrs prior to your appointment via email to info@ayswellness.com.au, or use the contact form below,  then you will receive a 75% credit, toward your next appointment.  Failure to attend and/or contact us results in a forfeit of your payment.  In extreme cases please reach out to us and we are happy to discuss options.

Please note that you may transfer your booking to another person to avoid any losses, however must notify us in writing at info@ayswellness.com.au with the name and contact details of the person you are transferring the appointment and therefore payment to.  

NOTE** If using Afterpay, Bank Transfer, Bpay, Paypal,  credit or debit cards for payments for your Services and / or Treatments note, no refunds will be provided for failing to make your initial appointment nor your rescheduled appointment.  As the allocated time has been set aside for your appointment, the Total cost of your appointment will be due by you to cover loss and administration costs.

Booking an appointment is your acknowledgement that you have read and agree to the terms as outlined above.
